With so many teams separated by mere points in the both conferences, Monday night’s NHL contest from the Staples Center in Los Angeles between the Kings and the Coyotes should not disappoint. Phoenix is just seven points behind Los Angeles in the standings, but the Kings are pretty much set with the sixth seed if nothing drastic changes. We like the Kings at home in this contest.

They will look to continue that dominance on Friday night when the Colorado Buffaloes meet the Wildcats at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for a semifinal game in the Pac-12 tournament. Coming off a rout of Utah in the opener, the Wildcats will secure another victory tonight, which is why we like Arizona.

It really has not hurt them in the East, as the Pacers have lost four straight games. Washington has won two straight and is 8-2 in their last 10, but we still like the Heat to win this contest at home as they snap their losing streak.
