Super Bowl First Half Ends – The Lingerie Bowl Begins!

One of the most anticipated events during Super Bowl Sunday is the Lingerie Bowl. The game features hot female athletes playing full contact American style football and is simulcast during the halftime of the annual Super Bowl.

The Lingerie Bowl draws millions of viewers the world over and is normally televised on pay-per_view television. The first Lingerie Bowl was held during Super Bowl XXXVIII in 2004. The New York Euphoria were defeated by the Los Angeles Dream by a close 6-0 final.

Lingerie Bowl – Not Your Fathers Football

Viewed by many as just a gimmick, the Lingerie Bowl has not only survived but it has also thrived and flourished. So much so in fact that the production has been sponsor by global industry giants such as the Miller Brewing Company, Daimler/Chrysler and Dodge, Universal Pictures, Oakley, and of course, Bodog.

Celebrities and former NFL players often flock to this event. In the past, notables such as Lawrence Taylor, Eric Dickerson, Dennis Rodman, Jenny McCarthy, Jim McMahon and Cindy Margolis have all played a role in the Lingerie Bowl.

Hot Girls CAN play Football

After years of being aired only during the Super Bowl, Producer Horizon Productions has taken these hot girls to the next level. The company formed the Lingerie Football League in 2009.

The LFL featured ten teams and started play in September 2009 with a season that ran until January 2010. Lingerie Bowl VII was played by the LFL Western Conference winning Los Angeles Temptation and the Eastern Conference Champion Chicago Bliss. Temptation can over come anything and the LA squad won 27-14.

The game was played live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on February 6, 2010 and was supposed to be webcast opposite the Super Bowl XLIV halftime show. Due to overwhelming internet demand and overloaded serves, the game didn’t hit the web until over an hour after the Super Bowl was over.

The main appeal to the Lingerie Bowl is of course, the lingerie and the beautiful girls. Who doesn’t enjoy watching hot, athletic females blocking and tackling other hot, athletic females while wearing, well, not very much at all to be honest.

The girls wear standard equipment that is designed for them including helmets, elbow pads, shoulder pads and knee pads. Other then that the only other “equipment” consists of cute, and sexy bras, panties as well garter belts. The lingerie parts of the girls uniforms fit like a glove on these breath taking babes.
