Two teams that have surprised many pundits during the 2010 NFL season are the Rams and Bucs who met in Week 7 NFL action at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL.

With seven combined wins in 2010, these two young teams have now surpassed their combined total of four wins from the entire 2009 season. The Bucs got on the scoreboard first with 35-yard field goal but it was pretty much all Rams for the rest of the first half.

St. Louis posted a field goal and two touchdowns on three straight possessions before Tampa Bay added a late 2nd quarter field goal to make it 17-6 Rams at the half.

The tide turned in the second half as Tampa got two more field goals in the 3rd quarter and a 1-yard, game winning TD reception from Cadillac Williams on the second last play of the game. The “Yuccaneers” prevailed 18-17 in front of their home town fans at the “Big Sombrero.”

The win was huge for Tampa Bay as they kept pace with the Falcons (5-2) in the loss column and upped their record to 4-2. The loss was crushing for the Rams (3-4) as they snatched defeat from the jaws of victory and dropped to 3rd in the NFC West, two loses behind front running Seattle (4-2).

Bettors at SportsInteraction.com who backed the home team favorite Bucs at -150 were rewarded with a sweet 166.67 unit cash out on a 100 unit money line wager.
