NFL Week 7: Bengals vs Falcons Game Review
Repeating as AFC North division winners seems like a next-to-impossible feat for the Cincinnati Bengals after the loss to Atlanta in Week 7 of 2010 NFL Action.
Falcons WR Roddy White enjoyed a career game where everything went his way as he made a highlight reel all his own with some outstanding receptions.
Oddsmakers at Sportsbook.com had the Falcons as favorites with the point spread set at -3.5. The game total was set at 44 points.
Over at Bodog.com, the money line had the Falcons as home favorites to win the game at -180, while the visiting Bengals were marked as +160 underdogs.

Ahead by just four points after the first quarter, Atlanta woke up and chalked up 17 straight points in the second frame, including White’s first of two touchdowns.
The effort must have been a strain on the team, as they fell right asleep in the third quarter, conceding 24 points and allowing Cincinnati back into the game. DB Adam Jones completed the comeback with a 59-yard fumble return to close the third quarter out with a 25-24 lead.
Falcons QB Matt Ryan’s successful 2-point conversion attempt after White’s second TD and RB Michael Turner’s run TD run from three yards out sealed the victory. Chad Ochocinco’s TD for Cincinnati came too little too late in the fourth quarter.
Bengals @ Falcons – Game Notes – Game Stars
Bengals Game Ball: QB Carson Palmer. His game stats were superior to his counterpart Matt Ryan with numbers usually good enough to win a football game. He completed 36 passes out of 50 attempts for 412 yards and three touchdowns.
Cincinnati (2-4) have a difficult schedule ahead and face AFC rivals Miami at home in Week 8.
Falcons Game Ball: WR Roddy White. In the best game of his career, everything White did worked out brilliantly as he caught 11 passes for 201 yards and two touchdowns.
Atlanta (5-2) sit on top of the NFC South division, one win ahead of Tampa Bay, who they play next in Week 9. Week 8 is their bye week.
