NFL Pregame Week 7 Preview – Free Picks & Parlay Wager
Last week our New York Giants -10 Spread Wager lost to a backdoor cover when the Lions kicked a late field goal to get under the spread 28-00 against the Giants.
We cashed our Texans -220 Money Line Bet thanks to a great comeback (Chiefs collapse) by the Texans with a 35-31 final score.
Our Jets vs Broncos Game Total OVER 41.5 wager paid off as the Jets scored twice in the fourth quarter to push the final score to 24-20.
Our Parlay Wager missed but we still turned a profit, although modest, and we’ll take it!
Time get back on the betting bus and see where it takes us during Week 7 of the NFL 2010 season.

Minnesota faced a good, albeit struggling, Cowboys team and pulled of their second win of the season in Week 6. The Vikings have the vastly superior defense in this game and that will be key.
We have also come to learn that you shouldn’t bet against QB Brett Favre when he is under the gun and on the big stage. Randy Moss is an added bonus to an offense that is starting to click.
The Packers have numerous injuries and have found it impossible to play as a cohessive unit over the past two plus weeks. Their 28-26 win over the Lions was totally uninspiring and their two game losing streak at the hands of the Redskins and Dolphins aren’t quality loses.
The Packers are also one of the most undisciplined teams in the league and laundry continues to pile up.
Bodog.com Point Spread Pick: Vikings 27-24
New York Giants (4-2) vs Dallas Cowboys (1-4)
Money Line Odds: Cowboys -175 Giants +155
Sportsbook.com Money Line Wager – 100 UNITS
This is our last go around with Dallas if they come up flat here. At some point someone has to tell the Cowboys that just because Super Bowl XLV is being played at Cowboys Stadium, they don’t get to automatically play in the game. We feel Dallas has the better QB, WR and TE in this game and it will show.
We backed the Giants last week and they let us down by allowing a backdoor cover to the Lions. The G-Men have gaudy numbers on defense but check out who they played to reach those totals and the numbers aren’t all that impressive. Detroit hung 366 total yards on them last week and committed three turnovers.
We know the Cowboys have been generous in the turnover/costly miscue category but pride has to kick in at some point. We think it will here.
Sportsbook.com Money Line Pick: Cowboys 24-20
New England Patriots (4-1) @ San Diego Chargers (2-3)
Game Total Odds: 48 total points
Superbook.com Game Total Bet – 100 UNITS
So many factors point to this game being a shoot out that they are almost to numerous to list. Let’s give it a shot anyway.
Quarterbacks: Tom Brady vs Philip Rivers Scoring Offense: Patriots are first overall in the league while the Chargers are fifth overall. Scoring Defense: The Patriots rank a lowly 25th while the Chargers are 19th overall. Must Win Game: Patriots are trying to keep pace with the Jets and match them with a 5-1 record. Desperation Game: Even though the AFC West sucks, the Bolts can’t afford to drop to a 2-4 record.Last team to score, turn out the lights! Patriots 31 Chargers 27
Superbook.com Game Total Pick goes OVER 48 points.
Good luck and may all your wagers be winners!
