NFL Football Week 2 Betting Preview: Cowboys Hunting Bears

As we head into Week 2 of the NFL regular season, we have a slew of great games to preview. The Dallas Cowboys are coming off of a daunting loss to the Washington Redskins which was the result of horrendous play calling and needless penalties.

The head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, Wade Phillips, had one positive to pull from the loss in Week 1, and that was the play of Tony Romo and Roy Williams who both played in sync.  Look for Williams to get a lot of looks from Romo in their Week 2 game against the Chicago Bears.

NFL Week 2 Preview

The Chicago Bears are currently favored 35/1 betting odds to win the 2011 Super Bowl and are coming off a Week 1 victory over the Detroit Lions. Unfortunately for the Lions, it was a bad call late in the game which resulted in a Lions touchdown being waived off.

Next up in NFL Week 2 betting we have an intense rivalry between the New York Jets and the New England Patriots. Sophmore quarterback Mark Sanchez will be looking to beat the Patriots again and keep his winning record 2-0 against the New England Patriots.

Sanchez may have a tough time beating the Patriots this time around as Tom Brady and Wes Walker are both in the lineup, and did not play in last season’s matchup.

The New England Patriots are currently sitting at 10/1 betting odds to win the 2011 Super Bowl, and the New York Jets are sitting at 12/1 betting odds to win Super Bowl XLV.

It feels good to spend the better part of your Sunday watching all these great NFL matchups, and it feels even better to win a few bucks while you’re at it, because your picks were spot on. Open an account at one of our Top Recommended Sportsbooks and bet on this weekend’s games!
