The Week 6 2010 NFL schedule features the Oakland Raiders traveling across the Bay Bridge to battle the San Francisco 49ers.

San Francisco continues its downward spiral as they lost another heartbreaker; this time 27-24 to the Eagles. The 49ers have dropped five straight to open the 2010 NFL season.

The Raiders (2-3) are starting to show signs of life after they snapped a 13 game losing streak to the Chargers with a 35-27 home win in Week 5.

San Francisco ranks on the lower side of the middle in all four major defensive categories.

The 49ers have given up 26 points per game (27th), yielded 339 total yards per game (17th), while ranking 21st in pass defense (227.6) and, 18th in run defense (111.4).

Raiders vs 49ers Betting Odds & Game Prediction

The current wagering odds posted at Sportsbook.com have the 49ers  as a -6.5 home favorite with the game total set at 40.5 points.

SportsInteraction.com has posted the 49ers as a -265 favorite while the Raiders are -215 underdogs against the money line.

Game Prediction: San Francisco has been horrid running the ball and the Raiders have been just as bad trying to stop the run. The Raiders have been stout against the pass but that has been the Niners best weapon on offense.

We can’t back this Niners team that may be tired of the ranting and raving from head coach Mike Singletary. We will give the desperate home team the win but the visitors get the cover as the total goes over with a 27-24 final.
