The surging Atlanta Falcons headed north for a cross-conference battle on a sunny day at Cleveland Browns Stadium in Ohio during Week 5 NFL 2010 action.

Browns vs Falcons – Road Favorite Wins – Game Total Goes Under – Final: 20-10
It was a painful day for the Browns in many ways, most significantly the loss of QB Seneca Wallace to an ankle injury that could sideline him for weeks. RB Peyton Hillis was uncomfortable after an earlier practice injury and Jake Delhomme wasn’t even 100 percent to begin with.
Injuries aside, Cleveland kept it very close until four minutes left in the game, when Falcons DE Kroy Biermann ended it with a Herculean play all his own. After diving to catch his own pass deflection, he scrambled up and stampeded into the end zone to secure the 10 point victory.
That play knocked the wind of the Browns’ sails.
The Cleveland defense isn’t the problem, as they sit 13th in the league for points allowed, but the offense is in trouble, with Colt McCoy now backed up by re-signed Brett Ratliff, and their best rank is 20th in rushing yards.

Falcons Game Ball: LE Kroy Biermann. His first interception since gym class couldn’t have been better timed, and he still had work to do to secure the six points. A great tip, great catch, and great sprint to the finish.
The Falcons (4-1) are first place in the NFC South and travel to Philadelphia (3-2) to face the Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday afternoon.
Browns Game Ball: RB Peyton Hillis. He caught four passes for 49 yards and a touchdown, and gained 28 yards on ten carries.
Week 6 sees the Browns travel to Heinz Field in Pittsburgh for the early game against the Steelers (4-1).
