Eagles vs. 49ers – Road Underdog Wins – Game Total Goes Over – Final: 27-24

After stumbling at home against the Redskins, Philadelphia was looking to get back on track and remain in the, close knit, NFC East title race.

San Francisco was desperately trying to end a four game losing streak and get back in the race in the weak NFC West Division.

Sophomore WR Michael Crabtree caught his first TD of the season to stake the 49ers to an early 7-0 lead. The teams then traded touchdowns and the score was 14-7 at the end of the first quarter.

The Eagles added a field goal and a LeSean McCoy 29-yard TD run before the 49ers kicked a field goal to make the score 17-10 Eagles at halftime.

Neither team was able to score in the third quarter and the UNDER looked safe at the end of the session.

That changed quickly as each team scored twice in the fourth period to push the total bet at Sportsbook.com OVER 38 points.

49ers & Eagles – Game Notes – Game Stars

Eagles Game Ball: Sophomore RB LeSean McCoy had 138 total yards and one TD as he carried the Eagles to victory.

With the win, Philadelphia (3-2) sit third in a three-way toe for first in the wide-open NFC East. The Eagles head home to face the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6 NFL 2010 action.

49ers Game Ball: Sophomore WR Michael Crabtree was targeted 14 times and caught nine passes for 105 yards and one TD.

San Francisco (0-5) is left wondering where it all went wrong as they sit in last place in the NFC West. They welcome cross-town rivals, the Oakland Raiders, during the Week 6 NFL 2010 schedule.
