Cardinals inching closer to first place in Central

St. Louis is moving closer and closer to the Brewers for first place in the NL Central. They have won four straight games and find themselves just 3.5 games out of first. They look for a fifth consecutive win on Tuesday night in game two of this series after winning the opener by a count of 6-2 over the Mets. St. Louis sends Michael Wacha to the mound on Tuesday.

Mets struggling in mediocre NL East division

The Mets are tied with the Phillies for last place in the NL East, 5.5 games out of first. The East is very mediocre this season and looks like it will be up for grabs until the very end of the year.
