From the East Region the Ohio State Buckeyes look like clear favorites to advance beyond the Sweet 16. Thad Matta’s team is currently the favorite to win the NCAA Tournament outright.

The Duke Blue Devils are expected to advance out of the West Region, the Kansas Jayhawks are expected to survive the Southwest Regional’s, and the Florida Gators are predicted to advance from the Southeast Region.
