New York (6-6 Road: 3-3) has lost four straight but, with a win here, the Giants will take the NFC East Division lead – from the Cowboys. The G-Men (5-6-1 ATS) are 2-0 at new Cowboys Stadium.

This is the first of two meetings between these long-time rivals during the 2011 NFL season. The second contest will be played during Week 17 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. Neither team can clinch anything, from a playoff perspective, but the winner will be in the drivers seat.

New York lost to the Eagles at home, and got blown out of New Orleans. The Cowboys just lost to the Cardinals. The ‘Boys haven’t won a game, against a team that’s .500 or better, since Week 2 when they miraculously beat the 49ers.
