Mariners off to great start to season in AL West

With two wins under their belts against the Angels, the Mariners can add to their lead in the AL West with a three-game sweep of their rivals on Wednesday night. Seattle has outscored the Angels 18-6 in the first two games of the season, causing fans to dream and think about what this season could become if things stay the same. Angels pitching looks questionable at best early on

We know it is still the first week of the season, but the Angels pitching staff looks very questionable this year. The same can be said for how the staff was handled in the first two games against Seattle. Starters were left in too long and relievers were not utilized properly. Los Angeles will need to hit better with runners in scoring position to win tonight. Through the first two games, the Angels are just 1-for-13 with RISP. Tuesday night saw a 1-for-8 effort.
